Through working with Satyen and his team of mentors, I have finally found the missing piece to my acupuncture practice.
I use the Accelerated Evolution techniques as an adjunct to my clinical work, and am now expanding my business to see patients online - widening my potential reach. With two young kids, I love the flexibility that seeing patients online offers. The internet is my new work frontier and I see it as a great opportunity to help more people.
All my life people have shared their secrets with me. This is an honour, but also a responsibility. And my natural tendency is to want to help people and "fix" their problem... ease their pain, relieve their stress, mend their broken heart, heal their trauma, alleviate their grief etc.
We often talk about 'holistic health care' - helping people with their physical, mental and emotional health needs. And acupuncture/ Traditional Chinese Medicine has it's roots in treating the underlying cause of problems. But up until now, I have been scratching away on the surface. So after 20 years of seeing patients, I can finally say with confidence that I can help people in a deep and profound way.
A recent example is a new patient with neck and shoulder pain which started in the 1990s but flared two years ago when she was nursing her husband with cancer. When he died, the pain was excruciating for her and triggered migraines. The pain is now a constant, with sporadic flares and the constant threat of a migraine... After using an Accelerated Evolution Process to resolve the intense feeling of grief and integrate it with her desire for happiness, she said "It's like the good and the bad were put into a washing machine with some detergent thrown in, and put on a super fast spin cycle, then it all drained out and I was just left with this clean, empty space inside". It took 20 minutes to reach this calm and accepting place. She also referred me two new patients within a day of her treatment.
So by facilitating powerful emotional shifts in people, I get the most wonderful sense of achievement or "job satisfaction". It has also resulted in an exponential increase in patient referrals; in one week I saw five new patients, something unheard of in my quiet part-time practice.
I love being more confident in all aspects of my work. I feel like I can be authentic and provide a space for people to talk honestly and expose the most vulnerable aspects of themselves - and I now have the tools to help them transition to a place where they are lighter and happier. The key word here is 'facilitate' - I no longer feel responsible, my role is to simply help them find the happiness within.
Satyen was a mystery to me when I first met him online after an introduction by a colleague last year. He is warm and engaging and so likeable that I was worried it might have been a trick - a very well rehearsed way to lure people in. That was my skeptical self thinking that it was too good to be true, all of this talk of healing oneself and helping others... But Satyen is the real deal. He is extremely generous with his time, always making himself available to meet on Skype, coach groups through training sessions in live webinars and answer queries in the Facebook group - with a response time so quick that makes me wonder whether he ever sleeps!? He genuinely enjoys nurturing people through their personal growth as well as offering the tools to be able to help others. And by being such an enigmatic leader, he attracts people who are warm, kind and generous. So the AE support group is made of people like you and me - looking for ways that we can grow and evolve and make the world a better place, one person at a time.

These techniques are simple and take the guesswork and hit or miss out of the healing process. They work because they point the individual to the truth of themselves without harsh intervention.

There should be a forum for external examinations by students. I have found a couple of issues with the implementation in certain cases which probably should be looked at such as the development of minors to more enlightened stages of an early age and layering the techniques.

As a plastic surgeon and business coach to entrepreneurs, I’ve done a lot of in-depth personal growth work over the past three decades. Tens of thousands of Service Members have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In 2005, I became one of them. The mental trauma started long before my combat deployments. I was exposed to a lot of mental trauma from medical training, and from my tours as a Navy physician before the war started.
When I would think back to all I was exposed to and was just expected to “compartmentalize” everything in my mind, my nightmares, mood swings, and hyper-vigilance began to make sense. Unfortunately, living with these symptoms makes life very difficult for me and anyone else who has to deal with me. Things that are just normal sights and sounds to everyone else trigger very bad memories for me and make it hard for me relax and act normal, or even just enjoy myself.
Since 2005, I have had 4 different jobs, have transferred from the Navy to the U.S. Public Health Service, have moved 5 times, lived in 3 different states, so I’ve been in and out of therapy (mostly cognitive behavioral therapy) for the depression that eventually developed and the PTSD I had. While I found therapy helpful, I also felt that by the time I would be able to open up to the therapist and get to the heart of an issue, my hour would be up, and I would have to go home emotionally all worked up, feeling very alone. It’s like having some wound that was scabbed over for years, cognitive behavioral therapy would pick at this scab slowly over a long period of time, then the wound starts to bleed, then, that’s it—time’s up. After a while, I would resist the process because I didn’t want to go home feeling bad, but then the session wouldn’t be as productive.
As I practice the Accelerated Evolution techniques I learned this month on myself, particularly the trauma release technique and deep PEAT, I can’t believe how much better I feel in a shorter amount of time. It’s as if these bad memories just wanted my attention, they just wanted to be accepted as part of my life instead of resisted and rejected all these years. I can’t change my memories or past experiences, but every day I have a choice as to how I perceive them and how I can integrate them into my life experience.
Unfortunately, not everyone chooses life when haunted by traumatic memories, let alone an innovative technique that can help us deal with mental trauma. Last week, the New York Times had an article on military suicide, which can be found at this link:
I believe the Accelerated Evolution techniques have helped me move on with my life, and hope others can benefit from them as well. It is never too late to get help for PTSD, you just have find what works best for you. I did, and it has made all the difference.

On February 4th 2013 my son shot himself in the head in my home, in my chair. This occurred the day after I returned from a training where I internally addressed ongoing issues with my son and determined to create a firm boundary around his behavior in my home. When faced with a drunken man, who had driven my car home from the bar I stood in my power and told him he would have to leave in the morning when he sobered up; five minutes later he was dead.
This was the trauma I shared with Satyen Raja in a telephone call three weeks later, the day before I was scheduled to leave on a lecture tour to China. I was an emotional wreck but the thought of escaping my home was something of a relief. However, the thought of actually having to function on the tour was beyond my mental or emotional capacity.
This was when Satyen offered to do a Skype session with me and explained he would be running a "procedure" for me. Without understanding exactly what was entailed, I put my trust in him and sat down in front of my computer in a daze, five hours before I left for the airport.
Satyen ran what he called the "Intense Experience Integration process," in less than one hour he took me through the awful events of that night and the agony disappeared but even more amazingly helped me connect on both a physical and spiritual level with my son which helped me resolve some of the agony and despair of the trauma. There was more work to do of course, grief of this sort cannot be resolved in an hour. But, the very fact that I felt stable emotionally, I actually felt like a protective wall had been formed around my heart and I could walk the walk and talk the talk for two weeks knowing that when I got home from China I was going to continue this work with Satyen soon after.
For someone dealing with any trauma, I can only speak my truth from my own experience, it works and it works fast and it sticks, it is not a passing fad. The trauma is addressed head on and resolved as you go. As I continue to work on residual pain in my heart I am going to teach my grief counselor at home this process so that she can run it for me occasionally to check on my recovery. I know she will find it intriguing and I hope she will also find it a very useful tool in her arsenal when dealing with such pain.
I have been an AASECT certified sexuality counselor for fifteen years, I have a private practice and have also been an RN for forty two years, always working actively in the field. I am a Ph.D in Human Sexuality and have spent most of my life learning and growing, spending tens of thousands of dollars on a life time of learning. It astonished me and actually made me laugh out loud when I realized how much I would have saved had I studied these concepts twenty years ago.
This is the message I now tell my clients as I use these techniques in my practice: the work we will do today is just about to save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars but even more importantly than that, you will actually resolve your problems in hours rather than months or years (if ever) and live the lives you were meant to live...in light and joy not heart ache and misery.

As an Infectious Disease specialist, I enjoy finding what is 'wrong' with my patients and guiding them through the resolution of their problems in a relative quick way.

I have spent thousands of dollars on numerous alternative and natural health treatments (and seen many health practitioners and "bio-energy healers") - ever since I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease (3 bacterial co-infections from a tick-bite) two years ago.
All this time, I've been struggling to get over my symptoms of fibromyalgia, apathy, brain fog, lethargy, memory-loss and low self-esteem. I have been constantly living with varying levels of pain, fatigue, and being "spaced out". I have just finished day two of Accelerated Evolution Coach Training and it feels like a lifetime of clearing debris and moving into bliss. Here is the amazing thing in this training, this is NOT hard work. It’s actually not work at all!
When we see something, even opposites, as being made of the same essential substance, when we fully experience it that way, it dissolves the conflict and all problems disappear. Sound like magic? It is. I swear I have shed skin and surrendered inner battles that I didn’t even know I had.
He starts us off with the words, “All pain is ever saying, is that one is not in alignment with what one really is.” And since there is no one out there, only in here, we get down to going inside.
Diving into the deep end, seventy of us begin our day with yoga of the wild kind, classic poses mixed with sultry tunes that generate some pretty serious booty shaking. We join in a rich commitment to be of service to one another as we recognize that even the worst problem states have a positive goal for us. We are making art out of our wounds.
And then there is an experience even deeper. An experience where we fall into the emptiness and cessation of duality, into the void, into everything and nothing. We are not creating this state, it is inside all of us and calling to be remembered. Imagine being led there by what you consider your problems, your obstacles and struggles. I can only sigh in gratitude as I repeat this, over and over.
We are all having intense direct experiences of our essential nature and pure joy is the result. I think the words I used as tears flowed freely earlier today is, I am velvet, electric blue black vibration. I am vast. I am life-force. How does one get to this state? Asking and opening to the questions in body and energy sensation, in image and thought and feeling.
Who am I? What am I? What is another? You know simple little queries. I enter the wholeness and realize the only thing that creates separation is me. I have to laugh. It's starting to feel like living in a cartoon where the lines of reality are blurred and only limited by imagination. I am getting lighter by the minute.

I had recently experienced a traumatic and shocking event where my fiancé whom I had been with for 3 years and lived with, suddenly broke up with me, called off the wedding and disappeared basically with no contact for about 2 weeks. I was left to deal with cancelling all the wedding stuff that we had arranged plus telling everyone as we had already sent out the invitations. I also didn’t know about my living situation and what would happen next.
I went to a event where Satyen Raja was explaining Accelerated Evolution and how it is possible to release trauma at a cellular level. I knew that this experience I was going through had the potential to hold me back in so many ways and I decided that I wanted to try it. Satyen took me through a process called Deep Peat where I experienced every emotion, through stages, that were attached to my event i.e.: Shock, trauma, hurt, embarrassment, sadness, and eventually I began to feel peace, then ok, then pure nothingness. I thought that would be it, but he then made me embody my ex and go through what he must be feeling. What an experience! I did it, and again got to that nothingness point. I felt totally clear and at peace.
The very next day my fiancé called and he said he was clear and ready to talk. We ended up having the most powerful, honest, compassionate conversation we could of hope for. We told our Truths but with no emotional attachment and blame. We both could see the bigger picture and wanted the best for each other. I truly believe Accelerated Evolution is what allowed for this miracle to take place and not have me being held back from moving forward powerfully. Thank you so MUCH for doing a Accelerated Evolution process with me. It made ALL the difference for me. Before, I couldn't even think about Stasi without tearing up and when I tried to talk about her or look at pictures of her I would burst into wracking sobs. I felt sick and full of disbelief and had a terrible headache from all the crying I had been doing. I cannot even begin to express the full extent of the transformation I have felt after working with you. What was it? 20 minutes? Half an hour? And everything was completely different. Night and day different.
About an hour after I worked with you, I was driving in this area that is incredibly beautiful. The road was narrow and winding, so I was driving carefully, but I could feel Stasi very clearly and what I could feel from her was her joy at the sense of freedom she now has and it actually made me feel happy. Suddenly, without changing my speed at all, I had the sensation of sailing, almost flying, along the road through the redwoods and this incredible feeling of elation filled me and I could feel Stasi showing me what it is like for her. I could feel her excitement that she could be with me when I was open to her and still be with anyone else that was open to her in the same moment, and I heard her say, "Isn't that so cool?!"
That isn't to say I don't still feel sadness that she isn't here physically anymore. But now they are mostly just moments and I can go back to feeling the joy she is feeling anytime I choose, to remembering the vibrant, beautiful woman that she was, and recognizing from this experience, that she still is.

What I want for them is not only relief from the pain of losing Stasi, but the peace of being able to feel her presence and her joy. Through working with Satyen and his team of mentors, I have finally found the missing piece to my acupuncture practice.
I use the Accelerated Evolution techniques as an adjunct to my clinical work, and am now expanding my business to see patients online - widening my potential reach. With two young kids, I love the flexibility that seeing patients online offers. The internet is my new work frontier and I see it as a great opportunity to help more people.
All my life people have shared their secrets with me. This is an honour, but also a responsibility. And my natural tendency is to want to help people and "fix" their problem... ease their pain, relieve their stress, mend their broken heart, heal their trauma, alleviate their grief etc.
We often talk about 'holistic health care' - helping people with their physical, mental and emotional health needs. And acupuncture/ Traditional Chinese Medicine has it's roots in treating the underlying cause of problems. But up until now, I have been scratching away on the surface. So after 20 years of seeing patients, I can finally say with confidence that I can help people in a deep and profound way.
A recent example is a new patient with neck and shoulder pain which started in the 1990s but flared two years ago when she was nursing her husband with cancer. When he died, the pain was excruciating for her and triggered migraines. The pain is now a constant, with sporadic flares and the constant threat of a migraine... After using an Accelerated Evolution Process to resolve the intense feeling of grief and integrate it with her desire for happiness, she said "It's like the good and the bad were put into a washing machine with some detergent thrown in, and put on a super fast spin cycle, then it all drained out and I was just left with this clean, empty space inside". It took 20 minutes to reach this calm and accepting place. She also referred me two new patients within a day of her treatment.
So by facilitating powerful emotional shifts in people, I get the most wonderful sense of achievement or "job satisfaction". It has also resulted in an exponential increase in patient referrals; in one week I saw five new patients, something unheard of in my quiet part-time practice.
I love being more confident in all aspects of my work. I feel like I can be authentic and provide a space for people to talk honestly and expose the most vulnerable aspects of themselves - and I now have the tools to help them transition to a place where they are lighter and happier. The key word here is 'facilitate' - I no longer feel responsible, my role is to simply help them find the happiness within.
Satyen was a mystery to me when I first met him online after an introduction by a colleague last year. He is warm and engaging and so likeable that I was worried it might have been a trick - a very well rehearsed way to lure people in. That was my skeptical self thinking that it was too good to be true, all of this talk of healing oneself and helping others... But Satyen is the real deal. He is extremely generous with his time, always making himself available to meet on Skype, coach groups through training sessions in live webinars and answer queries in the Facebook group - with a response time so quick that makes me wonder whether he ever sleeps!? He genuinely enjoys nurturing people through their personal growth as well as offering the tools to be able to help others. And by being such an enigmatic leader, he attracts people who are warm, kind and generous. First of all I want to give you my deepest Gratitude and Honouring for allowing me to experience and embody these powerful teachings and processes. It has been, and continues to be, a walk of Faith.
It began with The Unforgettable Challenge. Full stop. Mind Blown. Warrior activated.
That evening, with my heart opened wide, I accepted Carollyne’s invitation to take the Harmony Integration training. I did this completely from a place of Faith. I accepted the offer and invested in it from a place of feeling. My mind said no but my soul was jumping up and down….YES!
I experienced the training and resonated with it on a deep level myself and watched others being transformed.I witnessed a miracle when Satyen ran Intense Experience Integration on a woman who had served as a medic in the Iraq war.I remember the heavy and constricting pain she carried with her from the things she had seen.It was all over her physical, emotional and spiritual body.It seemed to me a challenge to her very existence. When she emerged from the process all of that was gone. I will never forget that day. It made me a believer in the power of the process.
I practiced towards certification but eventually I succumbed to my mind and its doubts. After my second training I repeated that pattern of being energized and inspired, with a knowingness that this was my path, only to allow myself to fizzle through lack of discipline and self doubt. My logic, my Ego, needed to know the HOW and WHY.
After being invited to my third training, the Master Coach program was offered.
I asked myself what was stopping me?
The HOW and WHY came up for me again, but this time I used the processes to really look at those blocks. I asked my mind: “If the how and why were out of the way, would you finally step into this fully and become the guide that can create your unique offering to make the world a better place?” I processed my doubt. I got the message that the how and why would come, but right now they were unimportant.
My mind grudgingly moved aside and my Soul took the wheel.
Since that day I am truly living a life of Faith. Faith in myself. Faith in Humanity. Faith in my Family. Faith in the World. My health has transformed. I’m down 30 pounds. My self discipline is unwavering. My awareness and spiritual growth are through the roof. My connection to my creativity is stronger that ever before and anything, I mean anything, that emerges to threaten or slow that growth is easily cleared through self processing. I’ve been studying with Accelerated Evolution Academy as a Master Coach in training for 3 years. Before that I was an over educated and certified struggling coach who was making ends meet, stuck in an identity as a recovering addict but willing to do anything to be prosperous and of service.
